Cancellation policy

Right of revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (skull trading GmbH, Niermannsweg 13, 40699 Erkrath) by means of a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To do so, send an e-mail to buchhaltung@skull-trading.com. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including setup fees, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.

The following applies to a contract for the provision of digital content that is not on a physical data carrier and that obligates you to pay a price: The right of withdrawal shall also expire (prematurely) if you have expressly consented to our commencing performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed your knowledge of the expiry of your right of withdrawal by consenting to the commencement of performance of the contract and we have provided you with confirmation.
